Complicated: Back in the late 90’s right about the time when the madam/procurer/sexual assaulter (Ghislaine Maxwell) first started hooking up with the billionaire (Jeffrey Epstein), she was introducing him to members of the royal family including the royal pedophile and his brother (Prince Andrew and Prince Charles). The name of the company (“17 Black Limited”) was actually selected by the billionaire pedophile as an homage to the producers who were partners in that original shell company (Yorgen Fenech was identified in 2018 as being the owner of a Dubai-registered company, called 17 Black. The company was listed in the Panama Papers).
