Boies Schiller Sues Jeffrey Epstein Estate on Behalf of 3 Sexual Abuse Accusers
The lawsuits, filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, include claims for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress by plaintiffs who said they met Epstein and his companion, Ghislaine Maxwell, between 1995 and 2002.

“Boies Schiller Flexner attorneys on Tuesday sued the estate of Jeffrey Epstein on behalf of at least three women who said they were sexually abused by the deceased financier after being recruited into his alleged sex-trafficking network in New York.”

” . . . The complaint included a reference to former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, who she said visited the mansion “on a number of occasions” and “would go upstairs at the same time the young girls were there.” . . . “

Dershowitz denies everything, blah… blah….

“All three lawsuits named Darren Indyke, a longtime attorney for Epstein, and Richard Kahn, who were named executors of Epstein’s estate following his apparent suicide in August. Indyke and Kahn are named solely as executors of the estate…”

NOTE how the press still refers to the serial child rapist, Epstein as a “financier” and calls serial child-rapist and pimp, Ghislaine Maxwell a “socialite”.

David Boies Sues Alan Dershowitz for Defamation, Says Dershowitz Accused Him of Extortion

Boies listed a series of news articles as examples of Dershowitz’s alleged defamation campaign against him in the complaint filed in New York County Supreme Court on Thursday

” . . . In November 2018, the Miami Herald reported that Dershowitz said Giuffre’s lawyers coerced her into making up her claims to get money from powerful people, and Boies cited that statement as one example of Dershowitz’s defamation campaign against him.”

Boies represents two women who said Epstein forced them to have sex with Dershowitz when they were teenagers. Dershowitz, who had represented Epstein, denies the allegations and claims the women, Virginia Giuffre and Sarah Ransome, worked with Boies to cook up false claims against him.

Dershowitz “has engaged in a campaign to attack and vilify each of the lawyers who have represented his victims,” Boies said in a complaint filed Thursday in state court in Manhattan.”

A letter from Dershowitz’s lawyers at Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins to Judge Loretta Preska filed Friday requested an adjournment of a discovery conference in the case until Dec. 2, but also revealed: “In the interim, Mr. Dershowitz will file his answer to the plaintiff’s complaint and assert counterclaims for defamation and other tortious conduct against plaintiff seeking substantial damages.””

“Alan Dershowitz won’t hang up the phone. He’s breathing heavily into the receiver. It’s August 10, the morning Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his jail cell. At first Dershowitz wants to go off the record, and I agree. He doesn’t say anything interesting, just the same protestations that he’s made on Twitter and television for years. But when I start asking questions, he begins to berate me. “We’re on the record now,” I tell him. “You don’t get to insult me off the record.”

So he begins breathing into the phone. He will not hang up. He does not know what to say.”

  In his nasty fight against arch-enemy-lawyer, David Boies, alledged child-rapist, Dershowitz is grasping at straws and has sucked Victoria’s Secret mogul, Les Wexner into his tarpit.

Les Wexner not only runs a few giant companies, possibly connected to high-end prostitution and or blackmail, he is one of the big bosses at the mobbed up, Israel-intel-connected Mega Group.

If Harvard punk, Dershowitz thinks he can take on the Illuminati, the mob, the Israeli mob, the Mossad and the elites of Ohio making a mint off CIA cocaine running he must be dreaming.

By insisting on calling Les Wexner to his  sinking ship of a case there is every reason to believe he may have an “accident” before the court date.

A nasty legal battle between Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre and Alan Dershowitz broadened Tuesday, as attorneys for the retired Harvard Law professor said they’d call Victoria’s Secret CEO Leslie Wexner to the stand.

““Every time (Dershowitz) goes on a show and defames my client he is responsible for that defamation,” Giuffre attorney Sigrid McCawley said.

A trial date for the case has not been set.”
