Miami Herald–Judge orders release of more Ghislaine Maxwell records — minus salacious details
“A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the unsealing and release of dozens of documents in a now-settled civil suit involving Ghislaine Maxwell, the jailed and accused co-conspirator of the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, but afforded the longtime Epstein associate a measure of privacy by ruling that salacious portions of testimony about her sex life will remain private.”
” . . . The judge gave all parties until Jan. 27, absent an appeal by Maxwell’s lawyers over the redacted portions, to unseal and make public a voluminous number of documents“
“Welcome to the catastrophic failure of the Deep State House of Cards, which is playing out before you at exponential rates. The variable the Powers-That-Be could never have predicted as the Black Swan catalyst was the Epstein suicide/murder/relocation, or whatever that was. Now the phrase “Epstein didn’t kill himself” contains unintended universes of possibilities. Is he dead in a mausoleum? Alive sipping pina coladas on some Tel Aviv resort beach with a new face? Is his consciousness in stasis awaiting transfer to a new replicant host in some cutting-edge AI facility? All of the above somehow? It doesn’t matter because THESE are the questions that are now forming, and continuing to sprout in the theatre of public awareness. (To the tune of “Do you like subpoena coladas, and getting caught in Ukraine?”….to say nothing of planning escapes.)
Everyone’s sphere of influence and perceptive gaze has grown by leaps and bounds in just the last few weeks, with blockbuster, ground-leveling shockwave headlines emerging from CBS and ABC, Prince Andrew, the FBI, Congress, and so many other whistleblowers that just the prospect of keeping it all straight requires nearly quantum tech. Just by the time I’ve finished writing this piece there are liable to be 4 or 5 more new disclosure bombs awaiting detonation. The on-going saga of this vile creature’s life and death is a hideous masterpiece – a gangster-injected, carbon loaded, genetic exocet-fueled Monsterpiece really – of truly epic Dorian Gray proportions, and the occult mysteries that made up the lion’s share of his existence, are continuing to be unveiled before an incredulous populace that is just now beginning to grasp the true enormity of it all, with all of the darkest implications dawning in their minds finally. The psychological traps are being set.” . . . . (more)
Boies listed a series of news articles as examples of Dershowitz’s alleged defamation campaign against him in the complaint filed in New York County Supreme Court on Thursday
” . . . In November 2018, the Miami Herald reported that Dershowitz said Giuffre’s lawyers coerced her into making up her claims to get money from powerful people, and Boies cited that statement as one example of Dershowitz’s defamation campaign against him.”
” . . . The suit is the latest salvo in a bitter court fight between the two marquee lawyers. Boies represents two women who said Epstein forced them to have sex with Dershowitz when they were teenagers. Dershowitz, who had represented Epstein, denies the allegations and claims the women, Virginia Giuffre and Sarah Ransome, worked with Boies to cook up false claims against him.
Dershowitz “has engaged in a campaign to attack and vilify each of the lawyers who have represented his victims,” Boies said in a complaint filed Thursday in state court in Manhattan.”
Boies v. Dershowitz, 160874/2019, New York State Supreme Court
A nasty legal battle between Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre and Alan Dershowitz broadened Tuesday, as attorneys for the retired Harvard Law professor said they’d call Victoria’s Secret CEO Leslie Wexner to the stand.
““Every time (Dershowitz) goes on a show and defames my client he is responsible for that defamation,” Giuffre attorney Sigrid McCawley said.
