House Speaker Mike Johnson spoke to reporters after lawmakers met with several of the victims of convicted sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein. The speaker says lawmakers remain dedicated to protecting the identity of the victims while bringing justice to those involved. The speaker called the crimes against the victims “heartbreaking and infuriating.” The speakers’ remarks came as GOP lawmaker Thomas Massie (R-KY) formally filed a discharge petition to force a vote on the floor for the release of all files related to Jeffrey Epstein.

Initial impressions of the documents – the DoJ seems to have padded this dump 10 fold or more. Instead of putting up PDF files of the court docs they put page by page JPG images up.

The scheme seems to be to slow down or fool the press into thinking these files are of value.

    Still slogging through …. FC
