“Terms and conditions for Pitch@Palace Global Ltd show the company – of which the Duke is the “significant” controller – is entitled to a 2 per cent share of any investment deal for three years.
One entrepreneur said it was “absurd beyond belief” that the company could take such a cut and it was “scandalous” that the terms were buried on the final page of the application process.”
