U.S. Senator Ben Sasse, the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Oversight Subcommittee who called for Jeffrey Epstein to be held without bail, released the following statement regarding Epstein’s suicide.

 “As a private matter, our house is praying for both Epstein’s family and the many women who were denied justice in this life. But as a matter of public policy, the government has failed these girls yet again. It is inexcusable that this rapist was not under constant suicide watch. These victims deserved to face their serial abuser in court.”

    I don’t know where to put this so putting it here: I found that Epstein grew up in a gated community across from what is now a Chabad Lubavitch synagogue and probably was then, as well. While I remain skeptical that his parents are his parents, he does look like his maternal grandfather who is Lithuanian Jewish. Chabad has roots in Lithuanian Judaism. This is about Chabad child abuse, etc. I haven’t read it in 2 1/2 years, though. http://www.chabad-mafia.com
    I read that Chabad worked with something called “Nativ” that I read was like Mossad for the USSR but other things call it more mundane things. Ivanka, Jared are Chabad members and Fred Trump was connected to Chabad through Sonny and Bunny Lindenbaum. What perplexes me on his parents, apart from the fact that they don’t look like him, is they supposedly didn’t go to school beyond 8th grad and married so late and had children so late. I think the father was born ca 1915 and mother ca 1916 – (1918 at the latest). The father was involved in “house-wrecking” which sounds very mafia.
